Liberty Bell 2013 Results

If you came out for the Liberty Bell this weekend, you saw some of the best track and field performances in the state -- and even in the nation -- so far this year. This meet hosted over 60 teams, and the weather finally cooperated to help Colorado athletes achieve top performances.

Normally, we have so many athletes placing in events that we don't list individual placers, but this meet is huge so congratulations to all our athletes who competed and especially to those below, who placed or nearly placed in their events (click here for full results):

Girls 800 -- Macy Kreutz -- 6th -- 2:17.19

Girls 400 -- Macy Kreutz -- 8th -- 57.72 PR

Girls 800 Medley Relay -- 4th -- 1:49.55 (bettered their season best time by 5 seconds!)
    (Alanes Dynes, Shayli Siegfried, Taylor Schofield, Macy Kreutz)

Girls Long Jump -- CC Morgan -- 5th -- 17' 4.25"

Girls Triple Jump -- Daisy Luo -- 8th -- 34' 6.25"

Girls 3200 -- Kristi Oslund -- 10th -- 11:30.12 PR (bettered her previous PR by 12 seconds)

Boys 4x100 Relay -- 6th -- 43.48 (new season best time)
     (Ben Morgan, Connor Turnage, Eric Dynes, Jalen Kittrell)

Boys 4x200 Relay -- 5th -- 1:30.99 (new season best time)
      (Josh Kolber, Eric Dynes, Jason Phou, Jalen Kittrell)

Boys Discus -- 12th -- Chuck Puga -- 134' 10"

Boys Long Jump -- 7th -- Connor Turnage -- 21' 4"
                               9th -- Alex Philip -- 21' 0"

Boys High Jump -- 9th - Trevor Rex -- 6' 2" (moved on 9th on misses behind a 4-way tie for 5th)

Boys Triple Jump -- 1st -- Connor Turnage -- 48' 1.5" PR

Macy Kreutz's performances in both the 400 and the 800 earned her MileSplit's US Silver Standard Elite status.

Connor Turnage's triple jump performance earned him MileSplit's US Gold Standard Elite status.
