Fall Speed and Running Form Training Starts Next Week!

What:  FALL SPEED & RUNNING FORM TRAINING

When: Tues - Wed - Thurs @ 3:10 - 4:15 starting Tuesday, September 3

Where: Meet in the HRHS Weight Room


There is no cost for our Fall Training, and it is open to both returning and new student athletes.
