Spring Break Workouts

If you will be in town over Spring Break, plan to come to practices on Friday, March 21 and Monday through Wednesday, March 24-26 at 9-11 AM.

For those who are traveling over Spring Break, it's very important to keep training, and everyone needs to be working out on Thursday and Friday, even though coaches and some of our team members will be traveling to Austin.  Click here for workouts to do on your own.
