Saturday Meet Details: Attention Volunteers!

Only 24 hours left until the HRHS Memorial Invitational benefitting Second Wind Fund in memory of Claire Davis. We've communicated a lot this week so here's what you need to know for the next 24 hours:

Saturday (in chronological order)

  • 7 a.m. -- Coaches will be at Sports Authority setting up the track. Parents, if you're an early bird, come out and help. We'll have bagels and coffee. And we'll let you drive the Gator. 
  • 8:15 a.m. -- All athletes should arrive at the stadium. No buses. Click here for schedule.
  • 8:30 a.m. -- Volunteers check-in at garages. If you are a parent volunteer, please click here to double check your assignment. There are a few spaces left for anyone who wants to join the fun. JV Athletes have their assignments and need to report by 8:30 a.m. and stay until the end of the meet.  All volunteers should enter at the lower gate (near the smaller parking lot you come to first when you're driving to the stadium). We will have a list there with your name on it so that you do not have to pay admission. (If your volunteer shift starts later in the day, you still need to come to the lower gate for admission, then go directly to your assigned area). WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS!
  • 9:15 - 3:00 or 4:00 -- We will run the best meet of the season and leave the stadium spotless when we're done. Go Falcons!
  • Post-meet Parent and Coaches Only Party @ On the Rox (SE of I25 on Lincoln)
