Fall Training Starts September 2

HRHS Track will start our Off-Season Fall Training on Tuesday, September 2

  • Workouts are 3:10 - 4:15 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during Sept. 2 - Oct. 24
  • Meet in the Weight Room at 3:10 pm on workout days
For our athletes who aren't participating in Fall sports, Fall training makes a BIG difference in the performances we achieve once track season starts. BE THERE for Fall Training and bring a friend! There is no cost for this off-season program.
