Summer Programs

Part of the reason our team has so much success is working out during the offseason. As the season is winding down we need to begin to look towards summer and how each individual athlete can get better. We would like all of our athletes in a summer program, including football, cross country or track speed camp.

Track Speed Camp
  • For current 5th, 6th 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th graders (2016/17 school year)
  • Dates: Monday thru Thursday June 5 -30th  @ 11 am
  • Cost - $100 -- Checks payable to HRHS Track
  • Sign-up: June 5 at the entrance of the Main Gym (Camp will meet there each day)
  • No pre-registration is necessary. Click here for permission/signup form.
THE PROGRAM WILL INVOLVE FORM/SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING, POWER AND CORE DEVELOPMENT AND PROPER LIFTING TECHNIQUE (It is NOT a conditioning camp)

Cross Country Summer
If you are a distance runner or interested in cross country, Coach Douglass would really push for you to do cross country and summer conditioning. Along with making the cross country team better, you'll become better in track.

  • We will be meeting at trails across the state, the bluffs, daniels park and HRHS at 8am.
  • Monday-Friday from June 5th-July 21st.
  • Cost -- $100 -- Checks Payable to HRHS Cross Country

No experience necessary...just a smile, a positive attitude and a willingness to help! We need all hands on deck to make this meet great! Click here to see how you can help.
