We're working with a local grower to sell Mother's Day flowering plants. These are bigger, better plants at a lower price than you will find at local nurseries or even at King Soopers!
All are in 12" pots and we have four options:
- SUN Hanging Basket ($32)
- SHADE Hanging Basket ($32)
- SUN Patio Pot ($37)
- SHADE Patio Pot ($37)
WE WILL RECEIVE A VARIETY OF COLOR MIXES AND NO COLOR COMBINATIONS ARE GUARANTEED!
- Each athlete is required to sell a minimum of 6 plants. Athletes collect cash or check up front. Checks made out to HRHS TRACK.
- All orders/payments must be turned in to coaches by April 7th
- All orders will be available for pickup at HRHS on Wednesday, May 10th (noon - 6pm).
- NO PLANTS CAN BE KEPT PAST MAY 10. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP THAT DAY.
King Soopers Reloadable Gift Cards
HRHS Track sells King Soopers re-loadable gift cards with $5 preloaded on each card. You may have as many cards as you choose to purchase tied to your athlete's account.
Every time you reload your gift card, 5% of what you put on it goes into your athlete's account. Your gift card can be used to buy groceries, prescriptions, gas, plants and flowers, even Starbucks inside the store. (Note: Your King Soopers Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards in the store.)
The Kroger gift card can be reloaded at the register right before you pay. This means you can load the gift card with your Visa or other credit card (so you still get the perks that go with your credit card) and then pay for your purchases with the gift card.
When it runs out, reload it again and again. (Note: King Sooper stops tracking cards that have a zero balance for more than 90 days so to be safe keep a few dollars on the card.)
Did you know that The Kroger Company is in almost every state? You can have family members or friends use one of these re-loadable cards too.
District policy strictly regulates the use of these funds. For HRHS Track, King Soopers cards can be used to help fund travel to our Spring Break meet. Funds accrued in athletes' accounts can be used only for that purpose and are not transferrable to other HRHS programs or directly payable to athletes or their families. When athletes leave or graduate the program, remaining funds may be used by a younger sibling for HRHS Track travel purposes. Otherwise, unused funds are incorporated into a travel fund used to help defray future meet travel costs for coaches/chaperones or to support future travel for athletes with demonstrated financial need.
