February 24 Meet Postponed

Looking at weather for this Wednesday and next Wednesday, we have decided to postpone our track meet that was originally scheduled for 2/24 this week. With snow and low temps predicted, it just doesn't make sense to host a meet.

We are rescheduling this meet for next week, Wednesday, March 3.

Winter Track Series

HRHS will be hosting three more meets this off-season on March 3rd, 10th, and 24th.

Winter Workouts

Sprinters
Sprinters start meeting four days a week (Monday-Thursday) this week. Practice starts at 3:05 in the weight room.

Distance Runners

Distance runners will now be meeting in the weight room Monday - Thursday. Practice starts at 3:05

Offseason Workouts Are Back!

With the return to hybrid learning, offseason track workouts are back -- starting this week! (week of February 8)

Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers - Workouts will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Meet in the weight room. Practice begins at 3:05 pm.

Distance Runners - Workouts will be Monday-Thursday. Meet down at the track at 3:05 pm.

Throwers and Pole Vaulters - Email Coach Douglass for individual sessions.
