We would like all track athletes to take one of the following:
- Zero Period Power Weights (football only)
- Power Weights (1st, 5th, 6th, 8th)
- Sports Training (4th, 7th)
See your counselor for help.
Second, winter conditioning will resume Tuesday January 3rd from 3-4:30. Meet in the weight room and again NO CHARGE
